This product is so versatile. You can use it as a replacement for almost any baked goods, especially cookies, since the holiday season is around the corner. It makes a pretty darn good pizza crust and pancakes. It makes excellent vegan "chicken" patties. It's very convenient. So delicious and healthy!!

Experiment gone wrong
I had this brainwave which compelled me to make chickpea pasta.The flour was great. It arrived on time, but it was a completely different experience using chickpea flower to make pasta.The product was blameless. But we had some fun at the same time

Bought to make Burmese tofu. Didn’t work as well as I thought. Using whole chickpeas work better.

A good gluten free baking flour.
The texture of the finished product is finer than when using almond flour. A good alternative to wheat flour if you are gluten intolerant.

Different than other Chickpea flours
I should've listened to the reviews saying it's not even Chickpea Flour. The taste and consistency was off and when I used to to cook a regular dish I make it ruined the entire meal.
