This product is so versatile. You can use it as a replacement for almost any baked goods, especially cookies, since the holiday season is around the corner. Bought to make Burmese tofu. Didn’t work as well as I thought. Using whole chickpeas work better.

The texture of the finished product is finer than when using almond flour. A good alternative to wheat flour if you are gluten intolerant.

I should've listened to the reviews saying it's not even Chickpea Flour. The taste and consistency was off and when I used to to cook a regular dish I make it ruined the entire meal.
