Humidifier Filter Wick =REUSABLE= Replaces Holmes HWF65 (C)

I bought this last year, but I didn't begin using it until early this year because I had disposable ones left. I used it for about 2 months and then didn't need it over the Spring and Summer. When I was going to start using it this month, I knew it needed some cleaning. I have tried cleaning it 3 times, doing the full overnight clean as recommended, but it is still not wicking water more than halfway up the filter. I called customer service and was told someone would call me back; nobody called me back. Since that time, nobody answers the phone, and it does not allow messages to be left. Paying the extra cost for a filter that only lasts 2 months (when disposable ones last 1 month) is not worth it.

Pricey, but less than 2 replacement filters. Works great! All filters should be reusable. The humidifier it works in, the Holmes 1865 I belive is excellent for large bedrooms. Beware the new ones, vertical. Check reviews.

Used it for a few weeks, worked fine. But when I tried to clean it as advised in the directions, it became stiff and would no longer absorb the water. Do not recommend.
