Classic .75 In. Lead Free Ball Valve, Actuator, 3 Sensors

When I received this product I noticed the package seemed to have been re-sealed, as in returned. I tested the unit and all the sensors and it did not work. Reading the owner's manual I found that the unit and sensors have dip switches which must all be set the same way. There are 8 switches. 1-6 should be off and 7 & 8 should be on. Once that was corrected the unit works. I highly recommend testing the unit before installation.

Easy to set up and install. Good product

So Far works as advertised. Not happy about the battery powered sensors that could run out without knowing ( locations not somewhere where low battery alarm could be heard. Also no battery back-up for control valve. System seems like it is using old technology.

Awesome device! Needs a plumber to install unless you are very capable and equipped to do your own home plumbing. Make sure you get accurate sizing for your existing plumbing before ordering! Note: External diameter does not reflect the sizing you need. We've had them installed in 4 different homes and they always work perfectly. Highly recommend!

Best thing since sliced bread! After coming home to a burst heat pipe and a flooded living room and basement while the water continued to run. This system is a no-brainer. I purchased the Wi-Fi adapter which will notify me via text and phone call if the device is activated.

This works great and it is what I was expecting.

This system was installed in my vacation home. It is nice to know that your home is silently monitored for water issues 24/7

Best investment for the money. Peace of mind regarding water damage to house/condo.Highly recommend
