Can't say enough about this UV umbrella...love the colors, size, and how protective it really is. Makes a huge difference under the sun and literally feels like it drops the temp a few degrees. May buy these as gifts for family and friends!

I love this! I'm one of those people that hates summer because of the heat and sometimes you just want to go outside without burning up. If you're looking for good UV protection and sun coverage, get this! It's easy to open and close with the button, it's built sturdy, and helps keep the sun out of your face. This was a lifesaver in the summer and even now in the fall on those really sunny days.

This seems to work just fine for UV protection. The handle/pole seems a little flimsy so I hope it holds up over time. It does take some strength to push down. I’m a 62 year old woman and brace it against something to close all the way.

I love most that this provides max sun protection - 50+! It’s a great color, fits easily in my purse or bag-no bulk, opens and closes securely and easily, it’s quality is superb, and for the money it provides protection that saves me money on skin procedures and aging repair products. Nice case too!

Given that I am a skin cancer survivor, I decided to invest in a sun umbrella. Purchased this and used it for the first time. It seems solid enough. Not too huge (like a golf umbrella), but not too small either. I didn't find it heavy to hold either. All in all, I am quite satisfied with it.Oh, they say it is "large" in their description. Sure, it is not small. But it is not "large" like a golf umbrella. I just think of as a good mid-sized umbrella. Frankly, if it was large like a golf umbrella, it might be too heavy to hold for long periods when one wants to keep off the sun. So the size of the umbrella is the right size, I think.I do like the fact that that is silver facing up and black on the interior. Seems to me that this is a good way to block out the sun.

I am undergoing chemo so I needed an umbrella that would provide protection, durability, and be light weight enough to carry for a lengthy period of time. It does all of the above. In fact, first time out for a walk with this and the wind blew the umbrella inside out and quickly went back to its intended shape. All this without any damage. Not so for my other umbrella which is why I bought this one. All this with an 18 mo warranty. Seems like a no brainer. And the final touch is the large case that uses Velcro to close shut. No more trying to squeeze the umbrella into a tiny case. It opens easily with a push of the button and it does take a little bit of strength to close it but I find this to be true with all automatic umbrellas. Again, totally satisfied!

I have a sun allergy, and even with all the sunscreen I can get on me -- I use zinc/titanium as a base, then spray on 50 SPF chemical sunscreen -- I sometimes burn and even if I don't, I feel lousy in the noonday sun. So I bought a couple small, portable parasols. A MIRACLE.I don't know why parasols fell out of favor, but I do know this: I expected to get weird looks walking around the hipster areas of Brooklyn. I'm too old to care about getting looks, so I went ahead and opened this compact little beauty when it got too sunny. I got looks all right -- looks of ENVY as everyone else roasted and squinted and I strolled along in my little personal shady spot, feeling at least 10 degrees cooler.It's cute, it's compact, the clouds design is pretty, and it seems gust-proof so far. Maybe I'll start a new hipster trend.

I use this umbrella on the daily basis as I work at a school site and tend to be outside with students.Visually I do enjoy having the cloud background in the inside and the kids think it’s fun.Weight: it is on the heavier side, so I wouldnt recommend if it will be used for hours at a time.Length: wouldn’t hurt to be 1/2 a foot longerDurability: I’ve had it close to a month. So far so good.UV resistance: excellent. I’m pretty sensitive to the sun and can literally feel the difference when I’m on a blacktop with 105+ degree weather.Wind resistance: it has flipped over multiple times, however, it doesn’t seem to cause any damageCons: it’s a bit annoying that to close it I have to retract the the stock of the umbrellaPros: the uv resistance is amazing!

Surprisingly this umbrella really keeps it cool under it on a hot day. Good quality

This umbrella is amazing. Nice and large without being cumbersome. Strong material and spines. I got the cloud design and it makes me feel more outdoors than a regular umbrella. It keeps me cooler and I don't get burned.

Vivo en la península de Yucatán, el clima es caluroso.Lo que he notado al usar éste producto durante 20 días:- Ya no siento que se caliente mi cabeza jajaja- Provee buena sombra por lo que ya no me arde la piel por la exposición solar.- Cortaviento? Bastante bien, basta con ponerlo contra viento y regresa a la normalidad.- En lluvia, no decepciona, aunque ya tiene una machita de óxido, quizá no lo sequé bien antes de guardarlo, es mínima y no afecta a su calidad.Chao!

Very costly umbrella worth 4k of your brand/company from amazon and unfortunately the Umbrella wire is broken and also its button close functionality is no longer functioning. This happened within 1 months of purchase. With the kind of money I spent, I was expecting this umbrella to be more strong and last long and its highly unacceptable. Poor quality. A 300 rs. umbrella lasts longer

I use this instead of wearing sunnies because I don’t like wearing sunglasses. It works better. I have to walk outside a lot and where retinol, so needed more protection from UV light because sunscreen helps but isn’t a mask and wears off during the day. When I’m using this umbrella, I feel completely safe from UV damage and it also keeps me very cool when the sun is strong. Since using this, I’ve not got any sun damage at all, such as dark spots etc. at first I felt a bit self conscious because people usually only put an umbrella up if it’s raining. I thought people would look at me strangely. However, I’ve had no such reaction. People don’t bat an eye, and the ones that have remarked have only commented that it’s such a good idea. On windy days it is very strong. Love it. Highly recommend.
