Fast delivery and easy to install (note I was an electronics engineer 20 years ago). I tried the “reset button on the thermostat” trick first, nothing happening, slid it off and looked inside and found the elements all falling to bits, definitely needed a new heater.£35 to revive the dryer, saved £300 on a new one.Warning - my Wife’s logic is that we now have £300 to spend on something else!!

Ordered and it arrived fast. Easy to install. Worked a few minutes then shorted out. Reset it and again heated up but then started to smoke and then caught fire. It seems the wiring cover is too close inside and that's what caught fire. Likely just a one off blip but returned for a refund.

Fits perfect. Had no problems putting it on . Works well hope it lasts a long time

Just keeps blown the thermostat within 20 mins of been fitted had engineer back out he’s reset it and blown again

Easy repair to my drier when the heater broke. Lots of guides on you tube to follow took me about 20 mins and only needed a screwdriver. Saved me a fortune of getting out someone to fix what was a very simple replacement part .. I’m 40+ stay at home mum so if I can do it anyone can!!
