The media could not be loaded. Maverick is a 7 lb Papillon who lives to fetch. Even in a foot of snow the fetch must go on! The regular ChuckIt balls are his favorite but he also loves a good squeak when he plays so he will bring us those goofy-faced squeaky balls you can get on Amazon to fetch with but they don’t bounce so they are kind of a dud for fetching. Anything else we’ve found that bounces and squeaks has either had that felt cover like a tennis ball or a plastic plug for the squeaker. Both of which he makes it his mission to remove and chew on or eat. Ugh! Now we found a ball that is small enough for him to catch, it bounces and it squeaks!!! Perfection!! They are the durable and reliable rubber ChuckIt material and the squeak mechanism is part of the ball and not a plastic plug. I’ve looked long and hard for a ball that checks all the boxes and this one is it!

My 15 lb rescue dog loves this ball. Firm sturdy rubber. The size is great for her mouth. It squeaks & it bounces. Playing fetch is a lot of fun & it helps her exercise. Very good product.

I have a small dog who actually loves playing fetch. Well, it’s more like, she loves me to launch the ball, and she goes and gets it, but she may or may not bring it back to me—so I’m the one fetching from wherever she decides to take it. That aside, I love these balls. They’re the right size for her, or close (I’d love 1.5 inch, like her little Kong tennis balls, but she can manage this size), and the material is durable so far and stays a lot cleaner than a tennis ball in my less than perfect yard. They bounce so nicely, which she adores—I don’t even have to throw the thing hard, as long as I bounce it and it goes flying…Best of all, the squeaker is killer! It captures her attention right away, and she is ready for me to throw it again. She likes to gnaw on it and make it squeak when she’s tired of running after it, and with this one, it’s not going to destroy the ball. She has managed to find it even in the ridiculously tall grass (weeds) I am slowly trying to eliminate in our yard, no problem.We love our small sized Chuck-It tennis balls, too. I got those at a good price on here, so we have a ton of those for her, but those will definitely not last as long as these will, especially while she is in her gnaw-on-everything puppy stage. As soon as she took to the first set of these, I went ahead and ordered another, even though these cost quite a bit more than the tennis kind… I’d love to have enough of these to have them all over the house, just because she loves them and doesn’t seem to be able to destroy them yet. This dog has already destroyed many a dog toy, including a pretty nicely made chew rope, and my slippers and shoes have also been victimized by her jaws… these balls and her Kong treat cones and balls are the only real survivors so far, so I guess it’s worth a bit more $ for those!
