It is a fraud.
It was a fraud. The advert says 10000mg of ginseng but the packet says 500mg. I am not even sure there is any ginseng in the tablet.

It’s been a couple of years since I last tried ginseng, but I’ve been feeling a bit tired lately due to lack of sleep and wanted a boost, so I thought I would give these a go. There is absolutely no mention of 10,000mg or extract 20:1 as claimed on the sale page and it simply says 500mg. These are not like any ginseng I have tried before, either in appearance or taste and that raises more questions. Effect? Zero.
