Sooo much wax but made really good candles.

I’m new to candle making, so I’m unsure of the burning process with soy. This product doesn’t look too pretty after burning. It’s not smooth and bubbles up leaving craters ect. It goes away after smoothing my heat gun. The glue dots melt immediately when wax is pour which was annoying. So, I can’t use the cotton wicks at the moment until I use something better. My next purchase will be a different brand.

This is the cutest set available for candle making and the price is very reasonable as well. I confirmed with the seller, who is very quick to respond, that this is all natural soy wax. I am excited to keep experimenting with different essential oils to find the perfect mix for my candles. A tip to use the sticker glue that comes for use with stabilizing the wicks is to not peel it off by hand but to stick the base of the wick to the sticker to peel. I love it so much more than the styrofoam style stickers that I got in a different candle making set.

I used this for a project to transform a very old small pot into a 3 wick candle. It was very easy to do because this set came with 3 wick holders. Next thing I knew I was making candles out of everything! The "Family" container the set came in is really nice sized and serves as a great storage for the wax. Now that the wax is gone it's a beautiful decoration in my home!

wax is great. container is beautiful. Will resuse again and again. Love it. Wick stickers did not stick once you pour hot wax into the jar. rookie mistake. Once poured the wick just starts to float.

Definitely recommend. Love the cute bucket too!
