Q: Is there an instruction manual? Does not seem to be inflating.

I cant believe spent over 70.00 on this. I cant get it to inflate, what needles are they talking about. This pump worthless and no directions. I came in taped up box , torn on sides, no instructions.

Q: There's conflicting info on the max weight capacity. Is it 500 lbs or 880 lbs?

Dear John, Thank you for contacting us and choosing our product. Regarding your question, this half ball (bosu ball) is a great equipment for balance training. However, it may not be the best fit for someone with no balance. Our recommendation is that to build your balance through a progression: start with your own bodyweight such as Single Leg Stand/ Single Leg Romanian Dealift for lower body, Push Up with Shoulder Tap for upper body and Birddog for Core. After that, you can start doing exercises on Bosu ball: start with flat face down then move on to the bump face down. Q: There are no plugs to prevent air form leaking out of the inflation point on the bottom. Where can I get plugs?

I also have the same issue. There's NO Stopper so therefore all the air lust leaks right back out.
