No longer a healthy choice! New 2018 recipe is higher sodium, higher calorie and higher carb
We're on a low sodium diet for medical reasons. We used to love these thins even though they were fairly expensive if you looked at the cost per serving and weight. They were wonderful for burgers and heavier fillings plus they were low sodium, low calorie and tasted great. With the new recipe (April 2018) they almost doubled the sodium from 170 to 300 mg and increased the calories from 100 to 150 per roll. No reason to purchase them anymore.

Tasty and Fairly Healthy Low-Calorie Sandwich Thins
A nutritionist told me choose WHOLE GRAIN products over WHOLE WHEAT products as they are healthier. I was delighted to find these whole grain sandwich thins with only 100 calories for two pieces that make a tasty sandwich. Love to put some 100% peanut butter on them with a dollop of honey for a snack to take on the road or to class for lunch.I checked the nutrition facts on the company web site and found this:Nutritional HighlightsNo high fructose corn syrup0g trans fat11g whole grains per servingCholesterol freeExcellent source of fiberSounds pretty good. However, there are preservatives in this product. It would be helpful for the company to list the ingredients on their web site for their different products. It would be great if this company would make a product like this that had only natural ingredients and didn't use preservatives. I think there were be a market for that product. I don't mind refrigerating these thins to keep them fresh.

Arnold’s sandwich thins has changed its recipe so they are ...
Arnold’s sandwich thins has changed its recipe so they are now 150 cal each (used to be 100). So now they are close to 2 slices of regular bread & also nearly the same as a hamburger bun. I for one will no longer buy them. No advantage.
