Can this be used on a gas hob?

We have used it on a gas hob but it was not as good as the earlier model! Haven’t yet used on induction as the new hob is not yet fitted?

How long does it take for it to make the coffee on induction?I use an old Moka pot with a converter and it take around 12 minutes

Obviously it depends on how high the setting is, but we put it on 6.5 (out of 9) and it takes under 5 minutes.
