I bought a pair for myself a year or so ago as my kitten was very playful. Sadly, he would not play when I wore them. Luckily, he grew out of the need to try to kill me quite quickly. I now use the gloves instead for gardening and they were great when dealing with brambles. This pair I bought for my brother for when he has to deal with brambles and thorns. They are perfect for this task as they give full protection for hands and arms.

They are comfortable to wear, but they have also been put to the test against cat who has bitten and scratched them. The gloves held up just fine! Although I did notice some minor stitching issues prior to their first use, this did not affect their overall performance though. While I cannot vouch for their effectiveness against a larger and more aggressive animal, I have no doubt that these gloves would provide great protection against cats from my own experience.

Great item fantastic and doing the job well

Used these gloves to handle a ferral cat. Good quality and although quite bulky they gave good protection from the sharp claws.

Got these gloves for grooming my cat very good quality but way too big so not practical

Brilliant for cutting back the brambles! I don’t have one cut on my hands ! They are huge though so need to take them off for weeding and put back on for brambles as can’t grab anything else. They also cover tip of fingers to up over my shoulders, but still worth it !
