Works really well and I actually prefer these ones to the genuine heads.

The replacement heads are finely made. They fit an authentic Oral B/Braun well, but are too small for an imitation base.

Have x2 Oral B electric tooth brushes, these fit perfect and feel the same as branded products at less than half the price.

I have just gone back to an electric toothbrush after finding these. The original heads are way overpriced but these are amazing value, not only in cost but also quality and durability. I can imagine I would have spent more money on manual toothbrushes way before these need replacing. Intend to buy more to keep a stock in. Highly recommend.Update. I bought these mid October with a reorder shortly afterwards because I felt they were so good. The original brush head lasted an amazing 6 months which is ridiculous. I used it as I had previous well known brands and in the end changed it only because I felt I should. It was hardly worn at all. I'm truly still impressed with these if not more so and would once again highly recommend.

Overall these work well and the bristles are nice and hard, but there is a slight separation between the brush head and the body which can sometimes catch my tongue. This hasn't been a problem with other brands. Knocked a couple of stars off for that.
