This is good product but I really cannot rate this as 5 star, just because of the fact that it cannot grinds dosa batter or south Indian medu vada batter as we could hear the Motor worked out a lot and smells something burning inside. This food processor is good for chopping, grating, making milk shakes, good for fresh fruit juice, grinding spices, chutney but if you are looking for a food process that should do everything for you including heavy work out like dosa batter, please choose same brand or something else which is more or equal to 1000 watt.

Very bad product, I don't recommend at all . Instillation is a hassle and the blender has very low efficiency you need to run it 3-5 times to blend a banana :-((

Very happy to have this machine!Perfect Food Processor + Juicer!After every 2 to 3 days i make orange juice with it and all our family enjoys :)

Good quality as expected

The product is made of quality material and works well. However, the engine usually becomes hot when used. It was hot 2 out of 3 times usuage. The first usuage the engine becomes hot and smells( burning like smell). I'm concerned about this and will find a way to write the manufacturer or amazon about this. The food processor machine is not powerful enough has it gets hot almost after every usuage and repair has been done twice in less than a year
