Smells horrible
I got the Azul Blue color and am disappointed. They are not as dark as the picture and they SMELL TERRIBLE! Almost like pickles. Can’t get over how awful the stench is. They are soft but the smell is repulsive. Not sure it will wash out. They’re more of a green than blue so they clash with my other green pillows. Will definitely return.

Soft and comfortable
I put a 22-inch pillow insert into these. Fills them out very nicely and so they feel plump and soft. The fabric seems durable and feels just shy of velvety. Super comfortable for using on the couch during a movie.

Nice Quality for a good price
I purchased 2 sets rust orange to cover cushions on my couch. High quality fabric, perfect square, and hardy zipper. Unfortunately, the color didn't match so I had to exchange. But, highly recommend this brand and would buy again.

Not very soft
I've ordered a handful of other chenille covers and these are the least soft, comparatively. The zippered opening also seemed to be a little smaller, but I was able to stuff the pillows inside with a little effort. The color (red) is exactly what I wanted. Overall, just okay.

Appalling customer service
Items delivered promptly and product was lovely. Sadly one of them had a faulty zip. See photo. I contacted the seller, who responded with a ' we have passed the matter on to out quality control department' and that was the end of that, no further action has been taken. The cushions covers would have been great value if they had both been usable, but as one would appear to be destined for the bin, as the seller seems unaware of consumer rights with faulty goods. Then I have to suggest you only buy this otherwise lovely item if you are prepared to take the hit if any problems arise. Appalling customer service.

Beautiful colour but very uncomfortable feel of the material
The material is very rough and not soft at all!

Lovely quality and beautifully made
They are beautifully made and lovely material. Have not used them yet as waiting for my fillers to come, but they are going to fit in well with my sofa.
