52CC and powerful Auger
I enjoy working on my gardens and sometimes helping friends and family members with gardening. But my 5 yrs old auger was broken last month. So I got this WEMARS hole digger as a replacement. So far, I've been using it for a month a got a few things to share.First, I like the fact that it is gas-powered so I don't have to charge it and it is actually providing much more power than my previous one. I also like the fact that it comes with essential accessories and tools like gloves and 6'8' drill bits. I had managed to put it together and drilled a hole in 15 mins. The max speed is up to 2700 RPM and the bits are made with sturdy steel. The overall horsepower is about 2.3 which will be enough for most jobs that can be handled by bare hands. Not a cheap and budget auger though.

Powerful and nicely made
Started right up. Used in AZ to drill with 6.00” auger average of 2 foot down. Installed old 2-3/8 well pipe for fence. I have 192 post to go on 5 acres. So far I’m 88 in and refilled fuel tank probably 6-8 times. That’s a fair amount of drilling.I very rarely run throttle wide open as I believe there’s no reason to be that hard on the engine and the slightly faster RPM but isn’t worth the additional wear in my opinnion. I also have wemars chainsaws and the performance of those ultimately lead me to the purchase of this auger. It’s a tool and preforms well. Obviously if you hit a rock it won’t go thru that. Use common sense and clear the hole up down while cutting in and it does a good job.5 stars and I hope it lasts me my nearly 200 holes which I take care of my tools so I believe the build quality of this item should make it well beyond that which is quite impressive.

Good value for the price
This worked on my caliche soil in Phoenix, Arizona. I got it stuck in my second hole and realized you have to pull it out after every foot. The fuel was hard to find in a premix, so I mixed my own. Other than that, this thing is my new favorite tool for my homestead. It used to take me hours to dig post holes. Now I can get everything done in less than 20 minutes.

Stay away from this PRODUCT!
Throttle mechanism quit working 2'nd hole I dug. Bought for remote off grid camp 4 hours from home base. Customer service and feedback horrible through Amazon.

Worth the money
This post hole digger is doing great. I'm planting 63 trees only 15 left before the next batch of trees. Soil is sandy loom with lots of rocks. Trees range from one to five gallon in size. For the larger size I drill the hole then walk around the edges to widen. Followed the instructions for start up and no issues. Starts on first pull. Treat it like you spent alot of money for it and it should do just fine. Will add problems if they come up. Good purchase.

Impressed
Impressed! Lots of rocks here in the North Georgia mountains. Worked well! Better have a good hold on it if it does get stuck on a rock. Started right up out of the box 2nd pull. Great machine!
