All these Xlear are great. Soothing on nasal passages and sinuses. Come out strong. Very happy with brand. Also there is another company that has a nasal pump for gel that also has glycerin for the inside of nose that also soothing. Both work well for dry sinuses and noses. Which is really common on fan generated heat pumps that also have dry air conditioning In summer. Especially out in Midwest in a valley. I find allergy medicine too drying. My ENT recommended it.

I am impressed! This stuff works like a miracle. I have not had to use my overpriced Flonase since using this, and it works way better than Flonase does for me, which I have had to use for years during allergy season -that's 9 months of the year around here. Been using for a few days now and time will tell if this is something I will be using for the long-term.Update: It's been over a year since I started using this and it continues to work really well, though, going forward I decided to buy the version with the pump-type spray bottle because it works much better at getting it up into the nose. The squeeze bottle tended to drip a lot of the contents trying to get it into the nose.Con:The only thing I don't like is that xylitol is extremely toxic to dogs, even tiny amounts, and I have kept products out of my house (sweeteners, gum, tooth paste, even some brands of peanut butter now add it,... ) with xylitol in it as an ingredient, for fear that my dogs might inadvertently ingest it. So, buyers please beware and take extra precautions if you have dogs.

I really like this product. It’s a mist in this white container, so not overpowering. You can use it as often as needed. I feel it really helps keep your nasal moisture especially in winter. I use it all year.

It’s one of the best nasal sprays I have used. The menthol really lubricants the passageways. A bit pricey.

Working so far

I love this product to clear my sinuses while in the shower.It's not cheap and my recent order, one of three bottles had leaked out.Amazon doesn't let you return items like this so I'm out the money on that one.I've used this product for several years and I am pleased with it.

Works but this is an expensive small bottle that does not last long!
