Best SDI to HDMI converters
Don't bother buying any others. I've tried it. Some of the really cheap ones work, sometimes they are DOA. Can't beat the Blackmagic quality.

It does the job as intended without any fuss. If you need an HDMI/SDI converter, this is a great choice.

Works for me
I use these for corporate AV events and probably have a half dozen of them. I have never had one failure in hundreds of shows. Some industry people hate these BlackMagic adapters and claim it's prone to failing, but I have had great results.

Nice widget
Black Magic typically makes cheap products that work great- till they don’t. Maybe these units surprise me and will last a while.To be fair, nobody really does a very good job on micro-converters except Decimator, and they are 8 times the price, so there is that.

If you are looking to use a converter for SDI and HDMI buy this!
Once I learned that I could loop back out for reference I only bought the bi-directional. Plus if you end up needing it for a different purpose it will still work. The power supply is simple but also most TVs have USB out and a simple USB a to USB c cable will power these on, so it makes installs easy.
