Great supplement for beauty!
These were easy to swallow and convenient to take once a day. I'm skeptical of taking supplements because I don't want to overload my kidneys and liver. However, I do believe these vitamins have helped to keep my skin clear and my hair is definitely growing. I will buy these again.

Excellent Metabolite of Biotin
This is one of the only versions of the fully broken down version of Biotin (D-Biotin) available I could find. Much like what folate is to folic acid, this works much better then regular Biotin and if I stop it I notice a difference in about 3 days of skin not being as glowy, I noticed that several times of stopping.Highly recommend this D-Biotin

It helped with hair, but not with the nails.

Works much better than regular Biotin
I've been taking regular biotin for a year and it worked okay. But I noticed very quickly after taking this that my nails and hair grew faster and stronger.
