I don't know how well the product works, I guess I will have to assume they work well bc I feel I could trust Dr Mercola products but I don't know that I should trust using a product that arrived w the bottom busted out w pills and glass everywhere..turns out I can't return or get a refund so maybe I will pick out the glass and use anyway.. probably won't reorder regardless bc looking thru the reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. First time I've had this happen and feel there should be some way of compensation from Amazon considering more than likely it was damaged from their automated product pulling robots. You'd think they'd have a way of seperating easily damaged products to be pulled by humans and until then they should replace or refund what they damage.Edit..they did refund me but said it was a one time courtesy. If they damage it they should refund it, any time it occurs not just as a "courtesy."🤨😒

It is very hard to find a quality mushroom complex that not only contains the fruitbody of the mushroom but also the mycelium; and it is fermented! Mushroom complex offers an array of health benefits too including longetivity, immune defense, cardiovascular defense, even eye support! I use these daily and feel great! It comes in a glass bottle too, no plastic!

Until about 18 months ago, a chronic tooth/gum problem (and the inability to deal with the kind of implants I need) meant that every 4-6 weeks my oral surgeon was calling in mega doses of penicillin/antibiotics... aside from the efficacy dwindling (as is the case with this stuff over time) it was wreaking havoc on my stomach, then a friend recommended these "magic mushrooms" and while it hasn't grown my teeth back., it's been 18 months and NOT ONE INFECTION. Could it be psychosomatic? Who knows? Who cares? It's working-- PLUS an added benefit is that I went through the entire winter 2018 without a single cold-- this despite being around our grandkids... and my wife--who caught her share of the kid's sniffles, sneezes, coughs, colds, etc... Yes, I told her about this stuff, but she's a fan of modern medicine (despite all it's ills). So assuming she was the control group and I was the test...I'll stick with mushrooms (as long as this review doesn't jinx it)

I bought this to help with my IBSC and it works the best anything has worked to keep me as regular as one can be with IBSC.

I'm on my tenth bottle. I apologize in advance to those who take these primarily for energy. My metabolism is probably different than most. I take them at bedtime. They definitely enhance my dream state. In turn, I get a more restful sleep. They also appear to be high quality and of great value compared to other mushroom supplements.

I loooove this stuff!! I have been suffering from GI probs (celiac & IBS) for the past several years and couldn't seem to get energy with anything recommended online. I tried vit D, iron, b12. I even became gluten-free vegan to try to repair my gut health and gain some traction to feel "normal" again. I started Dr. Mercola's Fermented Mushroom Complex last week and noticed a difference almost immediately! I have NEVER had an immediate response to ANY supplement I have ever used, and I scrutinize everything in regards to purchasing supplements especially online. So, over the weekend my husband asked me to gather some vitamins for him because he felt like he was coming down with something. I gave him 1 capsule in the morning with some other various things (his usual supplements like probiotic, turmeric, zinc & vit c). He said, "What did you give me this morning? I felt incredible all day!" So it wasn't just me that felt the effects of the Mushroom Complex. I will be buying more of this for sure.

This is a great product! I formed an extremely low white blood cell count two years ago. Doctors have run batteries of tests on me and can't find out why. After about a week of working out, I would get acute pneumonia that would take me about a month to get over with several rounds of antibiotics. After going through this about four times, I starting taking chlorella and this supplement. I have never had a major illness since. The doctors literally had nothing to help me. This supplement worked like magic.BTW...I only take one pill three times a week. I have found that taking more than this does not yield any additional benefits.Great product at a reasonable price.

Non scientific of course, like other reviewers, just feel the effect.No upset stomach or allergy, even though I slammed about 5 at a time, twice a day,but that may be something to consider if you are sensitive that way.I want to say, start slow, if you are not sure, one capsule a day.I also like the host defense "comprehensive" immune support multi mushroom capsule,they have more mushroom species about (12).
