Crisp Clear Sound!
Changed out the speakers in the ceiling of our 2023 Integra Odessey 30Z Motorhome with these. The sound is so crisp and clear! Even on a stock stereo and way better than the originals we pulled out. Those were not to bad in my opinion but when these fire off, you can really tell the difference! I recommend if you are needing a set of this size, go a bit more expensive and get the Power version as they sound great!

THEY SOUND GREAT
I purchased these to replace the dash speakers on my Honda F6B. They sound better than the EOM's and I'll get another pair as soon as I can find a place to mount them.

Awesome Speakers
I bought these to go in my mid 70's Ford single cab pickup. I have a dual voice coil 5x7 speaker made to be a retro-fit for the stock speaker which is under the dash, and these babies in the doors. I mounted them with XTC speaker baffles for water protection, but they help alot with vibration control too. I am running them straight off of a JVC deck which pushes 50 watts max per channel, and they sound amazing. You can tell they want more juice because they start to sound MORE clear and really shine when I crank the volume, so if you are planning to run them off of an amp your in for a treat. I find the highs to be very smooth, not piercing, and for a speaker this size they really kick out some bass. Obviously they won't be replacing a subwoofer anytime soon, but it is what it is. I listen to mostly classic rock, metal(Even the really REALLY heavy metal sometimes), and country. I can hear every sound as clear as a bell no matter what genre I put on. I don't require everyone within a 3 block radius to hear my music (though with these speakers I'm willing to bet they can go that loud), but I do appreciate really great sound quality, and that's exactly what I received from these Rockfords.Summary:-Amazing articulation, makes all the subtle things the musicians are doing audible-Great bass response! (when equilizer and audio settings are set properly they're about the equivalent of any decent 6x9 I've ever heard)-Can be turned up to ear bleeding loud before distorting (I tried to test them and I gave up before they did)-Tweeter is well balanced so it's sound is smooth, not sharp/piercing-Has multiple mounting holes making mounting in a custom location much easier

Great speakers with complete grills
Works good on my Burgman 400 sounds pretty good but could have a little more bass I like that the Rockford forgate speakers have complete grills to keep the protected

Nothing short of quality!
Alright so, i’m about two years late on leaving a review for when I bought these. They’re the 5.25 series I had bought for a single cab truck mold in I never got around to building. A couple of years later here and i’m just getting around to hooking them up to power for the first time temporarily in a front door build in my 09’ civic coupe until I can swing for a comp set of something 6.5’s. (No rear speakers.) Now i’m basing this on the fact that I did a full set up installing these; sound matted my doors, cut out molds to fill in the door holes where the vapor seal plastic used to be, gasketed adaptors off of the door paneling itself, fast rings to separate and seal the outside from the inside and dampen the acoustic echo from inside the sealed~ish paneling, and a ccf / mlv sheet between the door panel and the door itself. I’m more less in an optimized environment for whatever speakers i’m using; and to be honest i’m beyond impressed with the fact that I only have 5.25 coax’s in my freaking doors. Running off of only 50 watts per speaker on a Fosgate 300 x4, these things dig. Of course no comparison to a mid woofer, but I have ridiculous full range. Mid range, vocals and individual instruments are absolutely distinct and articulate! They are bright, by all means, and they can scream, but any decent kind of HU is going to to let you manually set an eq around where you want your ranges. I prefer the brightness to an extent since I listen to a lot of metal, Tool, pink Floyd, harmonic rich kind of tones. I keep those hz a hair on the high side anyways. Also the fact that the tweet is separated from the mid cone gives you a lot better adjustment since you can angle the mounting of the speaker in your door to beam a bit better center and or over your knee vs just shooting the tweet straight out of the center into where ever the speaker is facing. (The gas pedal / center console / etc) you actually have a little adjustment on the travel that I liked.By the themselves, it blows my mind how well every range is incorporated by a set of d**n 5.25 speakers.I’m sure i’ll have a lot of loss when I get around to installing my sub and trying to readjust everything; but singularly for what they are, they are nothing short of impressive! If you’re using coax for a rear install, or a motorcycle, or anything with out a sub and just installing coaxes themselves, I literally can’t say I have a single con to these.

2005 ford Focus Zx4
The sound of these speakers are breathtaking. I had to rerun them because they were to small on my door panels.. came with some brackets but to much space was left un used.. I didn’t keep them but I highly recommend them. Shipping they came in well packaged and arrived early.

Rockford Always has the best
I installed these speakers in the rear of my 1997 Dodge 2500 extended cab pickup as a replacement for the factory Chrysler infinity system speakers. I had the interior of the truck all the way apart already so I figured I'd change out the speakers while I was in there to avoid having to take the cab apart again later, especially since it still had the factory speakers in it. I couldn't resist and had to test the speakers out just to see what they sounded like and these two speakers on their own put out more sound and much better quality sound than the entire chrysler infinity system did. The factory system had no bass at all, these two speakers put out a fairly reasonable amount of bass and the mids and highs are amazing, very crisp and clear. I liked these so much that I ended up deciding to replace the front door speakers and tweeters with Rockford Fosgate as well, I ordered those a couple days ago and I'm hoping that maybe I'll have them by this weekend to install. Thank you Rockford Fosgate for the awesome product! I'll try to post an update after running these speakers for a while.
