Q: Does this work for dark circles?

It’s supposed to but did little for mine.

Q: Does it help in extreme dark circles? If not, any other suggestions please.

It reduces the puffiness which reduces the dark circles. I use this and wait about 20 min. and then apply concealer and it does a good job of hiding the darkness.

Q: Is this product oil free?

This works great. Not oily at all
