Works extremely well—super happy
Was expecting a mediocre unit after reading the reviews. But I was forced to buy this unit due to its size—it was the only combo that would fit in my space. But wow I am so happy I bought it!! It’s significantly better than my LG washer dryer, and it dries clothes completely without the gross damp steam “drying” of other combos. For those who said it doesn’t dry—you didn’t read the manual. Once the wash ends, switch the dial to “mixed”, tap the dry for cupboard button, and let it go! You get toasty dry clothes every time—and wrinkle free!!! I’m soooo happy and fully recommend this unit. :)

Good washer and dryer
Good product! The only drawback is it takes too long to dry clothes and there is no separation lint filter. Sometimes clothes come out of the dryer with lint stuck on them.

This is such a great machine
I love this machine so much, for the price and compare to others it is great!! It is very quiet and easy to use.Ps note that there are these large screws you need to remove at installation (check the manual) before starting to use it, this is very important, check the manual.

Horrible experience but an OK product so far
- no box, came wrapped as if it was a second hand or refurbished item- Customer service claims this is standard and th brand doesn't allow for box, wanted to give me a voucher of 120 aed 🤨I decided just to keep it cause am gonna have a breakdown as this is a recurrent issue in Dubai.Solar is working fine and the dryer is really good.

Very noisy and shaking
This machine was very noisy and shaking even with noise cancelation shoes. Nothing worked.
