I don’t think so. Read that you should not mix into something you’ll lose the reflective property.

Q: how do you apply to vertical surface?

I’m thinking you could apply beads to packing tape or something similar and then apply to vertical surface. Possibly after paint racks up a bit. Leave till paint is completely dry and possibly cured. You will have a learning curve but you could even practice with cheap beads first that or other similar medium.
