I went into this not sure how saffron is supposed to taste, and I'm sorry to say I was quick to judge. But after researching, I realize this is what Saffron is supposed to taste like. I did the saffron test in water, and it is legit good quality. The customer service is excellent, and they go above and beyond. The product is high quality, and I love the packaging and container it comes in.

Received product and glass was broken so I had to Throw $50 worth of saffron away. I had ordered $20 option it came and it was great. Would put it in different container to avoid future damage

The cellophane packaging was open when I received my order. Package had been previously opened. I am afraid to use product because the product had been opened when I received it. I would like a replacement.

The saffron arrived on time and better quality than at your local supermarkets. I love this for my tea and adding to my cooking.
