Q: How do you get more ink to come out of the fine tip pen? I shake it but it already is dry unless I press hard and then there is no precision

I shake mine. But when I put it in my glass cup holder when I'm done with it I always put the brush tip down so the ink is always going into it. I think this is one of the best eyebrow products out there
