This works very well and last a long time. Is not harsh at all on scalp! Bought 8A medium cool blond and the color is perfect. I use to color my hair with permanent color that I mix for sensitive skin and that was sort of harsh on scalp for years and my sister told me about this and I am very happy with it. Will definitely be using this from now on.

Color - it said Medium Cool Blonde. My hair came out BROWN. I'm afraid to do anything further. It has lightened a little bit. It is certainly long lasting.

This hair color blends my grey hair into my medium blonde hair very well. I'm 90 years old & I find it easy to use. I've used this for several years. For me it's a very good fit.

This has been my go to color and product for years now. BUT,. it's the first time I ordered online.We girls all have different hair types and I NEED to share my experience. My hair is a courser gray. 8A has always just blended nicely with my color and texture. Love it! HOWEVER, for whatever reason, this box turned my hair a much darker color. Don't know why, and am not unhappy with the color, since I am the adventurous type, but if I weren't adventurous, this would have been a shock. See the pics. You need to know that the box I used (and I got the triple pack), did not turn my hair the color I expected on the box. Definitely is a dark brown. SO, be aware and forwarned. I'll enjoy this color while I have it but will be wary next time I buy. But I do love Natural Instincts. Gentle on my hair and so very easy to use. Have FUN!!!
