I have used these type of furniture sliders for years on various things. We got a new 42"x42" ottoman and placed these underneath and it slides like a dream. They were easy to apply and the seemed to stick pretty well.

Easy gliding
I bought for under bed boxes that wouldn't go under the bed without a serious fight bc the bed is on carpet. I was going to get rid of the storage boxes. But these little things make it a breeze to pull them out and push them back in. They have good stick but I worry how long they'll stay. So far so good. It's been a couple months.Update they don't holdup to repeated moves once or twice a month, sticky pads come off easily
