I purchased these last week and my daughter wore these for around an half an hour in the snow (live in CO) and her right leg was wet! These are not snow proof by any means...

what is the height ranges fot the S, M, & L sizes?

My girl is 55" tall with 26" inseam. Bought medium regular and it was way to tall / big (returned). Will order small next to see how it fits.
