Works great for paint flaws but remember a couple rules when using
First and most importantly, make sure the paint/clear has plenty of time to cure before using this! 2nd, the file IS DIRECTIONAL. Look at the file to see which way to push it on the imperfection. And lastly, don’t put much of any pressure on it and take your time. Works great if you remember these three things.

Works great and a must when getting rid of the pesky paint nibs
I painted my car in my shop and you just get nibs every now and then. There is no way around it. This tool really flattens them out quickly without damaging the surrounding paint. It seems like a lot of money to get rid of a few little imperfections but it is well worth it. Take your time and do not rush and all will be well. I went too far in a couple of spots so there is a learning curve. Watch some videos and practice in a spot that is not so obvious.
