My Favorite Mustard of All Time
So, back when you could find World Markets in every major city they sold a brand of German mustard that came in ceramic jars decorated with the famous Heidelberg Castle ( I visited Heidelberg in 8th grade, which is probably what drew my eye). Now, several years later, World Markets are like finding a needle in a haystack and I've been unable to find my beloved mustard on the shelves when I do happen across one. I did some internet sleuthing and discovered that Hengstenberg was the brand of the mustard and snapped up a jar off Amazon. I have a family now, and they absolutely loved it on our brats the other night. It is the same excellent mustard I remembered from my high school days. I know I've given you my life story here, but seriously - this is some dang good mustard. Give it a shot.

Good Stuff
I recommend this mustard for just about anything. Not too hot but just enough zing. If you can find it try the Haas Grillsenf. Amazing condiment, the Hengstenberg is a close second.

Just delicious.
A must for mustard lovers. A good quality mustard (Senf) from a traditional German Company.

Not very favourable mustard. I should have stayed with Lowensenf, next order will be the Lowensenf.

Taste of Germany
If you have been to Germany and tasted this mustard, you probably fell in love with it. If you have never been to Gemany and tatsted this mustard, you will fall in love with it.

best mustard ever
This is the best mustard for those who prefer a less salty one.It is smooth and does not separate like many other varieties.

Tastes like Plain Yellow Mustard
I bought this mustard locally. It wasn't hot to me in the least. It tastes like regular old everyday American yellow hot dog mustard to me. I could have bought a whole quart of regular mustard for less than I paid for this. I hoped it would at least have a little heat to it. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it's still in date though.
