Q: The buble don't run in the ladder,what wrong?

I recently purchased this product too and had the same problem initially. The bubble would just build up or bunch up until they got so big they would spill out the side of the ladder. It eventually started working more reliably. I think there is a coating from manufacturing that initially prevents the bubble from moving up the ladder. You can try using a soft sponge and dish detergent to wash the ladder or just let the bubbles action start working on its own the longer the ladder is in the water and the residue is removed on its own. The only other problem with this simple system is that the yeast fermentation mixture only lasts about two weeks for me and does not produce CO2 for 28 days mentioned in the instructions.

It can. The yeast that produce the co2 take time to get started. Give it a couple days for solid co2 production. Check the line for water. I'd also always advise looking into how co2 affects tank water and fish.

Q: can i cut off the the co2 during night time with a plastic valve

Probably not good for it - that CO2 wants to go somewhere. You could put a T-valve on the line to cut off the supply to the tank and redirect it to outside the tank. It functions just like a very low-power air bubbler.

Q: Will it work for 55 gallons? I'm afraid of adding too much CO2 and harm my fish.

One should not hurt your fish. This is designed for "up to 20 gallons". For larger tanks "multiple units are suggested". I think you would be fine but I'm not sure you would notice much of a difference with one of these in a 55 gallon. I think two of these would be fine in a 55 gallon (one on either end of tank) without hurting your fish but nobody can guarantee that. I have a bubble stone set on a timer to turn on when my lights turn off. This will diffuse the Co2 over night so levels don't get too high. A lot of that will depend on your fish though.
