This is a pretty basic machine, no temperature setting, just plug it in and it gets going.As a kid my neighbors had one that we would all crowd around to make sandwich-pizza’s. When I saw this I had to buy it to recreate those fun memories with my kids. Bread, pizza sauce, cheese and a few pepperonis and you are set! What I’ve made the most with it as an adult is peanut butter and banana sandwiches. My daughter like strawberry and Nutella sandwiches. My son is a basic grilled cheese sandwich. My husband will throw the whole kitchen sink in there!The machine is really easy to use and clean up is a breeze which makes it perfect for the kids to use. I like that it is compact so storage is no an issue. I have a panini press as well so if you are wondering which of the two to get, here is my take on the difference. The panini press is just that, a press. It does heat the sandwich but ultimately it just presses it all in while toasting the bread. This sandwich maker creates triangle pockets within the sandwich stuffing inside similar to a pizza pocket. Very easy to use, makes very good sandwiches

it works amazingly for French toast and grilled cheeses, just keep in mind the tray itself is smaller than your standard bread slice, I found if I cut a few centimeters off the side of the slices it fits perfectly, So much better no longer needing to use the frying pan.

Use it to make panini sandwiches, it was a gift for a friend

Bought this one to replace my Betty Crocker sandwich maker. After using this one, I realized that it was a good replacement.

All time favorite any bread will do.

Does not toast anything evenly and do not touch the sides as they get so hot it burns you. Bad product and not worth the money. The cord to plug it in is very short. if I could give it a zero I would. The company should be ashamed to sell this.
