It pumps a paddle board in exactly 16 min and the sound is not much. We use it all the time, also deflate so easily.

Okay so everything I said at first (all text at bottom): is all bogus because it was operator error! LOL. I got some help from a friend and now this pump works like a charm.My issue: white gasket was too thick, I couldn’t twist and lock into place. Also, the pin was down when trying to inflate, pin needs to be UP to inflate.Resolution: swap thick gasket out with a thinner one that was provided. Also, ensure pin is in up position to inflate. Pin needs to be in down position to deflate.At the end of the day, make sure you know what you’re doing! If not, ask a friend. You never know! I’m not ashamed to admit it was my fault lol. Happy paddle boarding!!Previous review:As soon as this starts pumping up my paddle board, the hose comes flying out. If you want to pump it all the way up to 15psi, you'll be holding the hose TIGHT each time. The window for returns closed already or else i would return it. Get a better pump, not this one!

Definitely worth it!!
I read so many reviews on soooooo many different pumps for my paddle board because I could never get it to the recommended psi by hand by myself. Used it for the first time and after figuring out which piece fit my paddle board it was so easy!! We were able to fill my board and my bfs in under 20 mins. It didn't get hot at all. I will update if it goes down hill lol

Pump is a game changer and customer service is great!
I love this pump! It makes inflatable SUP’s super simple and easy. Takes about 5 min per board to inflate.After a couple years, the nozzle broke and I reached out to the company for a replacement part and they were so helpful and efficient.

Long overdue
I bought this pump in June of 2022, but it didn't work correctly. Their customer service is top notch! They sent me a new one and it works like a charm! I wasn't able to use my SUP again last year and was just recently able to. No problems and works perfectly! Thanks!
