I was about to throw out my old vacuum sealer, but researched online to see where people had fixed there's by replacing this tape. The only reason I gave it four stars for "value for the money" is there's enough tape to fix way more vacuum sealers than I'll own in a lifetime, lol. If your sealer has stopped working, in other words, won't suck the air out of the bag, this will more than likely fix your problem. For the cost of a new vacuum sealer, this is worth a shot.

I needed a slick tape, with some thickness, this tape is 7 mills, and is quite slick with good adhesion. I used this tape to take up slack on a moving part that had about 30 mills of play. Used two layers of this tape and now I have a very nice fit and it slides really nice because of the tapes qualities. It also has to endure some heat up to 140F. It stays on and stays put. Exact product I needed and am very pleased. It solved a common problem that a lot of users have. I will be recommending this product to others.

I own an impulse sealer and the Teflon strips that came with it and the replacement strips I have previously purchased are all very thin and tend to get holes in the strip with repeated use. On top of that, they do not have any type of adhesion to hold the tape in place when replacing the strip.This role of tape not only allows you to cut it to the desired length, it has adhesion on it so you can lock it in place before trying to put the metal pieces on the side back on the sealer. It is a LOT thicker too. Because it is thicker, you will need to adjust the heat setting to a higher setting so the heat can penetrate the strip.This is such a superior product and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to replace the Teflon strips on their impulse sealer.

works like a champ, great adheasion, even if you have to move. Plenty if needed for more than one.

Perfect cut and fit and now I have clean complete seals.
