What size screws do you use?

Size depends on the wood or plywood you're using of course, but a #6 or #8 x 5/8" or 3/4" pan head machine screw will work well. If you're using thinner wood, a #6 x 1/2" would be OK if there's not going to be too much weight and/or torque on the lazy susan.

Does this come with two complete sets? Or just two pieces that make one set?

The package comes with two bearing rotating of 4 inches ONLY. Each bearing rotating of 4" is useful to install to create the base of any piece you are working BUT you have to buy apart EIGHT hex nuts. So if you are needing to make two turntable pieces you can use each bearing rotating of 4" because the package brings two of the same size and you have to use FOUR hex nuts to adjust each bearing rotating under the base of the turntable that you are creating.

What is the thickness of the hinge?

The lazy Susan is approximately 3/8" (0.375 inches) high.

What is the center hole size on these? I will be stacking them and need reasonable support up the center.

The i.d. (inside diameter) is 2 and 1/8th inches, just measured mine. That's accurate to within a 1/16th or so measuring with a tape instead of calipers, I can only get ya that close, but it probably enough.

Perfect for dance pole base

My dancing pole was purchased without the spinning base so I bought this instead and it works perfect enough until I can afford a $50 spinning base. I weigh 175 & I can still spin. I just gotta keep manually spinning in it and I’m fine with this because I learn a few tricks without my dance pole loosely spinning around.

Turntable

Working great on my lazy Susan diy. Smooth rotation. I used some strong double sided tape to attach to the wood then glued the flatbacks over the holes vs using screws to attach. Would recommend this product.

2.8" lazy susan mounts

I bought a pair of the 2.8" (nominally 3") parts. I am a microscopy hobbyist and am using one of these to make a rotating stage for mineral thin sections. I like the slight stiffness of rotation, and I am very impressed with how tight the assembly is: the two sides remain in a fixed plane throughout a rotation and remain well centered with no wobble.
