I purchased this chair in October 2021.I was facing back pain due to long sitting hours in WFH ( present situation with most of us ). After lots of study and research on different types of chairs, I came to know about 'INNOWIN Berlin Ergonomic' and decided to purchase this one.I am writing this review after four months of usage, I am very happy with this purchase. My back pain got reduced to almost negligible and seriously guys this one is designed for long setting hours ... and it is much better than any gaming chair.I am writing this experience especially for those people who are working from home for long hours.I appreciate the quality material delivered by INNOWIN team. Keep up your best!!Latest update on 19th jan 2023: No issue observed, its in great shape and i am using it on daily basis.update 4th July 2024: Armrest cracked itself, hence reducing rating to 4 stars. Comfort-wise, it's still a good chair, but I doubt its durability. INNOWIN should consider supplying spare parts as well at economical price range.

While it checks several boxes for comfort and utility, a couple of shortcomings keep it from being a truly outstanding product.What Works Well:The chair offers good back support and a comfortable seat cushion, making it suitable for long working hours. The overall build of the base and frame feels sturdy, and the design is modern enough to blend seamlessly into most setups.What Could Be Improved:1. Height Adjustment: The chair falls short—quite literally—when it comes to height. Even at its maximum extension, it feels a bit low for my desk, making prolonged use slightly uncomfortable. A wider range of height adjustment would make it much more versatile.2. Armrest Durability: While I didn’t put much stress on the armrests, both of them broke within a year and a half. This speaks to a lack of durability in that area, which is disappointing given the otherwise decent quality of the chair.MOral of the story :This chair gets the job done for the most part, but if you need something that offers greater adjustability and long-lasting armrests, you might want to look elsewhere. It’s a good choice for casual users or those with standard desk setups but leaves a bit to be desired for taller desks or heavy daily use. also i am not able to find where to buy only armrest

Less than a year after buying the chair, the mechanism of the chair started to fail. I reached out to them for Support and after initially agreeing to send out a replacement part, they have just ignored me since and not sent anything out.Don't buy this chair! Its a waste of money for something that will not even last 1 year.

The media could not be loaded. I use this chair for daily purpose as work from home. Best comfort! Easy to assemble. It is really suitable and adjustible for any person from the headrest to the seat of the chair. Worth for money!
