Q: can you tell me the part number ? I want to get a Pro Taper Honda Mini Handel bar in black must be part number 02-5258. Thank You !

They will fit great. I love Mine. All you will have to do is drill the hole for your throttle

Q: Description states width 28.75 but features and details states width 34x7x3. which is it?

The ones that I bought (KLX 110, etc) are 31.5" wide with about a 6" rise. They fit on a Honda Grom without modifying the cables, but the clutch cable had to be moved inside and the front brake cable is a bit tight. Hope this helps.
