Q: Fly reel is set up for left hand use. 8 wt. How do i teverse it?

Take the spool off, remove the bearing and flip it over then resemble.

Q: When buying only the rod and reel, the description says it comes with a rod bag. Is this the same that comes the other kits?

The one i bought has a rod bag for 4 pieces, which then goes into a hard case for transportation. The rod case is very hard and has worked well for me.

Q: The fly line has no indication as to which end is tied to the backing. How do I tell which end of the line is which?

I do not know. The line supplied did not have a loop to attach to the leader. I bought and used another line that has worked better.
