Best invention for great sleep
This pillow has made all the difference in my sleeping 3-4 hours at a time instead of 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours at a time due to back pain. it is the perfect height & density to support my legs so I don't have any back pain while sleeping. I was skeptical of the "no back pain" claim in the advertising for this pillow but it is true that there is no back pain when using this pillow. The price of $13 is low for producing such great results. I just wish that I had found this pillow many years ago!

It is a very small knee pillow - more for kids under age if 12 rather than an adult

Very comfortable in alleviating hip and knee pain
An excellent product that I recommend for helping to alleviate age/wear-and-tear-related hip and knee pain, and leg and back discomfort often associated with trying to find a comfortable position in which to sleep. The pillow is soft and firm; adjusts to whatever position you prefer and whatever size you are; and is not too large to manoeuvre under the bed covers when you change position.
