I really missed chewing gum when I first started wearing aligners. Active chewing gum really helps! It tastes fresh, and retains the flavor for a while as I chew it. It’s not nearly as sticky as regular gum, but it will stick to the aligner edges near your gum line if you’re not careful. I really like this gum!

This gum is advertised as a non-sticky and flavored alternative to silicon chewies I cannot stand.It sticker to my retainer in the first 5 seconds and the longer I chewed less gum I had at the end (because pieces of it would stick everywhere).I decided to double a gum to see if that would solve the problem. I had the same outcome.Gums are non-returnable so I gave them away to my friends without retainers.Absolute waste of money

This gum is great! I’ve tried several different brands because of my dentures. The flavor lasts for a long time. (Only supposed to chew it for approximately 20 min.) I tend to chew it longer than that. The retainer type in the green package would stick once in a while to my teeth. My only thing is it’s expensive.

Bought for my 8 year old daughter because she has a retainer and we are taking a long flight from Michigan to Maui. She has flown before on long flights and gum was the saving grace to help her through the flight. Found this gum and she is so happy because it DOES NOT STICK TO HER RETAINERS! Thank you!

Bought this gum due to advertising will not stick to teeth. It definitely works as the only gum I can chew.

So this gum did stick to my invisalign trays and pulled them out when I chewed it (I don't have many of the attachments on my teeth for my trays, so that could be why). Then I tried chewing the gum first without the trays in to see if it would be less sticky once it was chewed.... Put my trays in and same result, it pulled them out. Maybe it works better with other clear retainers but it does not work with my invisalign. I gave it 3 stars tho because 1). I found that chewing it after meals, before putting my trays in, leaves my teeth feeling really clean if I can't brush before putting the trays back in, and 2). because it has a very nice mint flavor.

Don’t do it! I bought this and it just sticks to the aligners. Not even close to being worth it!!! Nonreturnable/Non refundable…what a complete waste of my hard earned money.

Thank goodness for Octive chewing Gum. It is the only gum on the market that can be used with Dentures. It doesn’t stick to them. There are 2 flavors to choose from. Both have a refreshing taste.
