I love the power of the carpet attachment. It really pulled up the carpet fibers and did a really great job with pet hair. The hose sock is really great too.Only thing I did not like was the hose hanger you attach to the wall is cheap and not at all like the picture. Good thing I had my old one still up and use that one.

Not quite as expected, but it fits and works. Hose us a bit shorter and cheaper than original. No on off foot button as pictured. Different color than pictured. But everything else seems ok and it works. Non power head is all plastic. Hopefully it allholds up.

New hose & parts were great!

I ordered this set to replace my old equipment and was disappointed with the quality of the product. The end of the vac hose was defective so it would not fit in my vac ports. Also one of the wheels on the powerhead did not roll freely and dragged on both carpet and hardwood. I contacted the seller to advise and after they investigated and got back to me, the only recommendation from them was for us to try to modify the hose to fit by sanding off the rough spots to get it to fit. Also was advised that they power head has a 1-year warranty but that did not solve the wheel problem. We decided that we did not want the liability of trying to alter the product in any way and returned it and advised the seller of same. Seller charged us for shipping to return a defective product which was also disappointing.

Very pleased with this product! The head is self propelled, which is sure nice. We were amazed at how much it cleaned compared with our last unit.

Excellent replacement for the original Beam Power Nozzle..fits perfectly and came with all the extra parts for less than the original Beam head by itself.

Quality everything, better hose than the original I had for 14 years, would buy again.
