DJO LLC-W50043 1002 HotPac Hydrocollator Moist Heat-Neck Contour

Wanted to review this after seeing only 1 other review. This arrives thin as it is dry clay enclosed in cloth. It takes up to several days for these to plump up in water. At first they color the water slightly yellow and feel slimy. This is normal. I got 2 - they are name brand: Chattanooga. They arrived promptly. I am a medical professional and I got these for half the price of my usual medical supplier. I am happy! Thought this supplier deserved a good review.

I didn’t want to give this product even one star, but I didn’t have the option of giving it zero stars. The product was defective. It only came with the case and not the actual filling to make the product usable. So I re-ordered the product and I received the product defective a second time. Do not order.

This company seems to have gotten cheap and made a new design of the product crappy would not recommend this to anyone for this price maybe worth 2 dollars for the material its made from they need to go back to their old design

This product is thinner than those I have used in the past and I have been using these type of products for 35 years. Knowing this, it does not retain the heat as long when compared to those from other manufacturers.

The first set we ordered 3 months ago, got black spots on; even though we kept it in continuously in a large water of water, (like we have done for the past ten years with our first set). My husband didn’t want to take the time to send them back; so we just ordered a second set. Hope these work.

Great quality! I use this all the time. I’ve had it now for about a year and it is still very durable!

It's thin, plumps up to maybe 1/2 the thickness of the ones they put on you at the PTs office. So therefore, it doesn't stay hot long, maybe 10 minutes, not 1/2 hour like the real ones... disappointed.

this was easy to use and provided fast relief.
