Is this palette scratch resistant?

No it scratches easily and I had mine for a year before it started cracking and I had to throw it out. No I use a piece of plexiglass.

Do you just use your pallet knife to scrape the oils off to clean it?

Yes, that's what you do, but don't let the dry paint stay on the palette for a prolonged time because it is harder to remove.

Can it be used with acrylic paints?

Yes, it can be used w/ acrylic paint.

How thick is the acrylic plastic?

It looks like 1/8th inch. It's thick enough. Same one Bob Ross used.
