The media could not be loaded.  Purchased this item with low expectations. The shower head outlet housing is plasic with a decent blemish free chrome finish the swivel neck fotting is cast metal with stainless coating. O-rings and seals provided are cheap and thin. I swapped them out matching for size with bulk automotive gasket-o-ring kit. Ihave tried modding other cheaper shower heads to change to high flow but always ended up breaking some part of the head during the procedure. This low flow reducer was a snap to remove with sharp stabbing tool to puncture the screen and a hooked end small flat screwdriver to remove it. . Item installed in minutes. Combo has been working great in mud room shower everyday for several months. Be warned this thing flows. See video attached to review. I filled this 5 gallon bucket in with just the hot water on full. I have a 80 gallon hot water tank and can take a very hot Tropical Rain Forest Shower for 10 min before it begins to cool. my water pressure is 68 P.S.I at residential meter head ,no reducer into house.

The media could not be loaded.  I have had cheaper, standard showerheads last far longer than this one, so I am a bit surprised that this one would break so easily. I have another one installed in the other bathroom, but now I am worried that it will break in the same manner. In any case, when it works, it is nice to use, but the recent break has me now questioning the quality.UPDATE: Within 48 hours of posting my review, the seller contacted me and not only refunded my purchase but sent a replacement showerhead at no charge. I received it within 2 days and installed it with no problems. I am updating my review to 2-stars because of the quick response but will hold off on reevaluating the product until I have used it for the same timeframe (3-4 weeks) in which the original one broke.

I would give this shower head zero stars if I could. We ordered two of these at once for our dual headed shower. At first they seemed great, but after about 3 months one of them broke at the seam and half the water blew out the side and ran like a drizzle. Low and behold, a few days ago (a little over 6 months of use now), the second literally blew open as my husband went to get in the shower. They are obviously very well built internally, as they can’t handle the pressure of water actually flowing through them. I’m 9 months pregnant and the one joy I get out of my day is my long shower, and since both of these pieces of excrement have both become like sink faucets, I no longer even have that to look forward to. You really do get what you pay for I suppose.

Just like all the other reviews, our shower head worked great.... until today. Today i greeted the morning with my shower head doing an impression if a spitting clam. the top and side completely opened up to produce a rather vigorous geyser spewing forth from the evil smile newly created through horrible craftsmanship.so instead of a revitalizing shower to help me wake up.... i woke up my family with a steady stream of expletives as i gathered as many towels as possible in order to clean up this mess.Would not recommend unless you like setting up traps for yourself that are guaranteed to inconvenience you when you least expect it.

SO! I bought a very fancy name brand faucet set when I got my bathroom completely renovated. All new everything, down to the framing. It wasn't really giving me the kind of pressure I wanted - I didn't realize the high end "rain shower heads" are essentially just that, a steady rain. So after searching for awhile, I found this one on Amazon and the reviews sold me, plus the price was very reasonable. It came and seemed like good quality, plus it matched all the other oil rubbed bronze metal in the bathroom. Very easy install and it did not leak. I've used this shower head 5 times since receiving. After the 3rd use, it really went down hill with pressure. The top row when in use was barely pushing out a stream, if any at all on the 4th time. I took it down, checked it to make sure there wasn't any blockage or issue, put it back on and then on the 5th use, the pressure was even worse and I felt like I couldn't even get the shampoo out of my hair. I'd like to add I have good city water, a brand new water softener, and even had a plumber come out to inspect to make sure my water pressure/plumbing looked good and he confirmed it did. All in all, it was great for only a few times before letting me down unfortunately :( time to hunt for a new one.

We loved this shower head. However, we got it just over a year ago and yesterday it started spewing water out the back. Complete waterfall over the entire back of my shower. Came here to read reviews and sure enough several other people have experienced the same issue. Incredibly disappointing as I also have one in our guest bath. I assume it’s only a matter of time until I have to replace that one as well. I’d recommend trying a different shower head. There is clearly a manufacturing issue here.

We are remodeling our bathroom removed our tub and put in a large shower. We have installed a rain shower in the center of the shower and separate shower heads at opposite ends of the shower. I have been looking for a shower head that puts out good pressure for washing my hair. My husband ordered an expensive shower head for his end of the shower, and I ordered this one for my end. We removed the water restrictor and it provides great water pressure and is just what I was looking for. Bottomline...don't buy the expensive ones because this one works better!

We were looking for a shower head with a full, powerful water fall. This met our very need. Only wish...we purchased it years ago. Purchasing 2 more for our other showers!
