Hello Guys, I have been using this from last 3 months & the results are quite impressive as I am taking it on a daily basis. It honestly decreases fatigue & the tingling effect pushes your mind & body to go for more reps & sets!I will recommend this more for intermediates & less for beginners. Value for money.

I have been going to gym since last 5 years. I try every month to push myself for more (weight, time and difficult workout etc). I have used (2-3 gm) directly with water and also used mixing with creatine (3-5 gm), citrulline (3 gm) for good results as pre workout. There is no doubt on beta alanine effects which increase stamina and reduces fatigue.Order delivery was perfect as always case with Amazon. You feel a little pumped when you go for a early morning workout(empty stomach) but you wont feel any difference in the evening workouts.

I have previously used some Pre workout which contains mostly Caffein and lacks in Beta Alanine or Citrulline, And being honest what Caffein does is wont let you sleep even if you consume it10 hours before of sleep.But I have Ordered Beta Alanine and Citrulline Malate from Advance MuscleMass and its giving good Pump with No fatigue even after 1.5 hours, I had more reps and more weight than i normally do.For those of you who want to get good stamina and pump during workout go for it.Also Don't buy readymade Preworkout instead make Your own Preworkout by using these both Products. You can add BCAA in it or you can drink it without BCAA if you dont care about taste.And the best Thing i liked about this Product is the Team of AM called me and asked if the product is authenticated correctly or had some issue while authenticating. Felt as value for money got it for 599, will try and update the effect. Edit: after 1 week it is working, try to have it atleast 6 hours before sleep or it may spoil your sleep.
