Which is the best flavor

That's a great question! And a tough one to answer. I've been addicted to the Dutch Chocolate for the last 5 years, but I'm also crazy for the Vanilla. I bump up the flavor by adding some sugar free pudding mix in a complimentary flavor like chocolate fudge, pistachio, butterscotch or cheesecake and a teaspoon of instant coffee to the chocolate to make a rich mocha. I like to make up 4 at a time and let them chill overnight. Great as a grab and go.Of course, it all depends on your personal preferences. Buy a small quantity of what you think you might like and test taste them.

Does this make good Hot chocolate?

The protein powder will taste best when mixed into 6 to 8 ounces of very cold water or milk. It can be mixed into warm milk, but don't put warm or hot fluids in a shaker cup.

Does it come with a scoop?

Yes, it does. It may be a different measurement size than other proteins. Each brand has their own size scoop, so use the one it comes with.

Whats the experation date?

They print the manufacture date and the expiration date on the bottom. Each batch has a two year shelf life.
