Q: Does it typically come with a seal?

No it did not come with a seal I know other shampoos and conditioners from the drug store don’t have seals on them.

Q: Where does amazon get kms from. i'm concerned that i received a bogous bottle.

I’m wondering the same. By bottle was not sealed and the bottle itself was dirty. Typically, when a liquid type product is sold it’s usually wrapped to avoid spillage. That wasn’t the case either. Doesn’t seem right.

Q: Is this shampoo ok to use on color treated hair?

Yes this is what my wife is using for her color treated hair. Hope this helps.
