I have been beekeeping about a decade, and cannot believe I waited until now to get this thing. It works great!!!I ordered one early this summer, and it arrived super bashed up! No quality control on Amazon's part in packaging that time around. But I returned that damaged one and promptly received a new one that was in perfect shape.I do recommend this product as well built and useful, and I expect it will assist me in my beekeeping duties for many years to come.

This is one of my favorite purchases for my beekeeping. First, let me start off by saying it is a fantastic affordable price for a good quality tool. Definitely worth the money. Works just as well as the namebrand versions. It is not super sharp so it won’t damage your frames, the weight and grab strength is perfect, and the size is pretty good for all different hand sizes. I would recommend this for any and all beekeepers

As a new beekeeper, I picked up this frame lifting tool to help reduce the risk of dropping a frame. I used it when I installed the nuc and it worked perfectly.Fast forward one month to my first induction. I donned my gear, including my goatskin gloves. Several frames in it was all going great. I was able to grab the frames firmly with my hands. Then I went to grab the frame that was the most covered in bees. It was also full of honey so it was heavy. There were so many bees it was hard not to squish them, so I didn't have a great grip. I went to look at the other side and swish, oomph! I dropped the frame. Bees everywhere! Probably 20-30 dead bees on the ground too.Feeling very stupid, I wrapped up and left them in peace. Of course bees do what they do and they were all back to normal very quickly. Such forgiving ladies.I had the frame lifter right there and wasn't using it. Had I done so, I'm confident I would not have dropped the frame. Lesson learned.

Well built, and sturdy, when handling honey bee fra.es you need all the advantage you can get!

Works as advertised

As you can see by the picture the product was put together backwards, making it useless. Others complained about this same issue but I decided to roll the dice. I think I’ll drill out the rivets and put it together the correct way. What this shows is that the manufacturer has absolutely zero quality control. Cannot recommend this product.

Just what I needed, makes gripping frames much easier and safer for me and the bees. This way you don't Mash any bees or get stung while taking out the frames for inspection or for harvesting honey.

I received my frame grip fully assembled. It is great for me since I work my hives alone and because my hives are in high fire danger areas, I don’t always use smoke. This works great when the frames are heavy and there are lots of bees in the way. I can clamp the frame without getting in the way of bees and easily lift it with one hand without risk of sudden moves. All it takes is a small drop of one end when you put a frame back into a hive to get the bees “buzzed” up - the clamp allows me to place the frame more gently. It is very well made.
