Q: What is the best pressure to seat the nails properly?

I run my pressure between 80 and 90 psi and have had no trouble driving the nails all the way in with no head showing both in pine and oak lumber. Below 80 psi and the nails don't go all the way in when I'm using oak.

Q: I want to attach 1/4 round to particle board that is plastic laminated. Do you think this will shoot it?

I’ve used this with 3/4” and 1” nails with no problem. For 1/4 round trim, if you’re not glueing, use a few more nails/ length and it should be ok

Q: Is this gun oil free?

Hello there! The Metabo HPT Pin Nailer is not oil free. The standard accessories for this tool are eye protection, Allen wrench, nose cap, case and lubricant oiler.
